5 reasons why you should prioritize your health

o, I used to think, unconsciously, that I was always going to be fine with my health and body. Thinking that

‘? ??? ???? ??????? ??? ??e??????? ???? ?? ????’

Ever had that thought?

Now, with age I really notice how mind and body are changing – and that is completely ok and legit.

I never really focused on PREVENTION that much, maybe because hey – ?’?? ?? ?? ??? ? ??e? ????? (??? ???)

Today I understand that my health comes first. Nurturing yourself with the right nutrition, physical activity, stretching and the right supplements is PREVENTION and if I don’t do it, I will pay the bill later.

If you want to be a High Performer, then your health must be a priority!

So here are 5 reasons why you should start thinking much more about what you eat, how you use your body and what supplements you use

❤️ Taking care of yourself is not selfish, it is a MUST in order to be able to be fit to support and help others. If you go down, you can’t take care of your loved ones

❤️ PREVENTION is an investment in your future. If you chose not to – the price could eventually be devastating to you and the ones around you.

❤️ Your mental health will suffer if your health is suffering.

❤️ Spending time and money NOW on yourself and your health is an act of love towards yourself and also your loved ones. Pay attention as you do to new clothes, shoes that new phone… what is really more important?

❤️ Avoid being a frequent user of doctors and hospitals…
